I truly love being a therapist and feel honored to do this meaningful, life-changing work. As a Relational Self-Psychology practitioner and a graduate of Columbia University School of Social Work, I bring both strong clinical training and deep compassion to my practice. I am licensed in Massachusetts and New York, with over 20 years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life situations.
Throughout my clinical journey, I’ve supported clients in overcoming anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I also have extensive experience working with individuals affected by addiction—both those struggling directly and those impacted by loved ones’ substance use. My work often includes Adult Children of Emotionally Immature or neglectful parents, as well as Adult Children of Alcoholics/Addicts (ACOA) and individuals in long-term recovery. These experiences have shown me that even highly successful people face emotional struggles and can benefit greatly from compassionate, thoughtful therapy.
I believe that effective psychotherapy is built on a genuine, trusting relationship between therapist and client. Feeling truly understood can be a powerful and healing experience. In our work together, we will explore your inner world, nurture your needs, and create healthier ways to process past wounds and trauma.
My approach is insight-oriented and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space along with gentle guidance and understanding. Over time, this process can help you deepen self-awareness, expand emotional resilience, and build more fulfilling relationships.
You are always welcome to reach out and see if we’re the right fit to work together.
