About the School
Led by Aleksandra Weaver (“Ms. Alex”), the school is built on a strong foundation of education, care, and child development. With a degree in Educational Counseling and a second major in Social Work from Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland, Ms. Alex brings both academic expertise and real-world experience to her work with children. She has also completed advanced training in TEFL, ESL, CPR, Life Coaching, and Business English, along with experience through CUNY and the New York City Department of Education.
From an early age, Ms. Alex knew her passion was working with children. Since moving to the United States, she has worked with Pre-K, UPK, ESL, and gifted & talented students, helping them grow academically and socially.
Her teaching approach focuses on:
Individualized learning: Adapting methods to each child’s strengths and needs
Creative development: Encouraging artistic expression through arts and crafts
Confidence building: Supporting self-esteem and social skills
Inclusive care: Working effectively with children of all abilities and backgrounds
Ms. Alex strongly believes in open communication with parents, ensuring they are always informed and involved. She works closely with families to support each child’s development, address challenges, and create a positive, nurturing learning environment.
